We offer lawn care plans to fit any budget.  We use the newest equipment and have an experienced staff. Therefore, our efficient and effective processes allow us to get the job done right and at an affordable price.

Lawn Maintenance

We will mow, trim, and edge your North Shore lawn on a weekly basis. We will also cleanup all paved areas and sidewalks.  Your garden beds will be kept cultivated, edged, and weed free. Our professional staff deadheads your plants and flowers as need be throughout the season.  

Lawn Fertilization

Aside from watering the most important thing you can do for a lawn is to provide it with proper nutrition. Lawns in the harsh winters of Chicago need tender love and care during the warm weather seasons prior to the lawn going dormant. We offer a five step approach designed specifically for the North Shore area. A well fed healthy lawn has a better root system which helps combat the stresses  of heat, cold, drought, and mowing.

Lawn Seeding

Only Larios Landscaping uses high quality Kentucky blue grass seed which grows in nicely to exclusively match lawn in the North Shore.  The seed is then covered in peat-moss to protect it from critters or from washing away.  For shady areas of your lawn, we offer a professional shade mix grass seed.

Lawn Aeration

We remove small plugs of soil throughout your lawn.  This improves the flow of air, water, and fertilizer into the roots of the lawn and makes the soil less compact which makes for a significantly healthier lawn.

Weed & Grub Control

Larios Landscaping provide season long protection against weeds and grubs.  Usually only one or  two applications each year are necessary.  Weeds and grubs should be protected against, especially in the North Shore, because if you wait until you see them they can wipe out your lawn before you even know they are present.

Spring and Fall Cleanup

Removal and disposal of all leaves and lawn debris. Lawn will be power-raked, edged, and mowed. Garden beds freshened, cultivated and edged and all sidewalks and paved areas cleaned.
